I was a long-time Thunderbird user but, in an effort to continue moving digital life into Emacs as much as possible, I started looking around the ecosystem.
I tried GNUS and I…failed
GNUS is an oft-suggested option for reading mail and news feeds. I tried it on two separate occassions and…was found wanting. I don't know what it was specifically but my brain couldn't get wrapped around GNUS in a way that was pleasing. I didn't fight it and continued my search.
